Job summary

CTC India in Chennai's Navalur is seeking a Domestic Recruiter with 4-5 years of hands-on experience to manage end-to-end hiring across IT, engineering, finance, and corporate roles. • Strong screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of recruitment metrics and recruitment best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
• Screen and assess candidate profiles based on job requirements.
• Conduct HR screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Manage offer negotiations, salary discussions, and closing activities.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
