Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to selection and onboarding.
• Create, manage job openings on Naukri and other recruitment platforms.
• Source potential candidates through job portals, internal databases, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Review and shortlist resumes based on the specific requirements of each position.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Evaluate candidates based on their communication skills, confidence, presentation, experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
• Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates at every stage of the recruitment process.
• Coordinate with selected candidates regarding documentation, joining formalities, and expected joining dates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment-related documentation.
