Job summary

Itvedant Education in Maharashtra is seeking an HR Executive to lead the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding. You will screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements.

The role requires strong communication, process discipline, and the ability to maintain a positive candidate experience while tracking metrics and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment life-cycle from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create job descriptions.
• Source candidates using various platforms (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, consultancies, campus drives).
• Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Coordinate and manage interview data and ATS entries.
• Maintain a database of candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).
• Collaborate with HR for employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
• Stay updated with market trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during hiring.

Job Summary:

An HR Executive is responsible for finding, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for job openings. They manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers. The role requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization. HRs play a key role in building a talented workforce by ensuring the hiring process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).
• Collaborate with the HR team for employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
• Stay updated with market trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during the hiring process.

Job Qualification and Skill Sets :
