Job summary

Growth View Consulting Group (GVCG) in Tirupati is hiring a full-time on-site HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for training and internal roles. You will source candidates, screen resumes, interview, and coordinate schedules while maintaining robust candidate pipelines.

You will also post and update job ads, communicate with applicants throughout the process, support onboarding, and assist with employer branding and career events as needed.

Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Human Resources Recruiter role based in Tirupati. The Human Resources Recruiter will manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers. The role involves maintaining candidate pipelines for various training and internal positions, posting and updating job advertisements across platforms, and managing communication with applicants throughout the hiring process. The recruiter will collaborate with internal teams to understand role requirements, support onboarding processes, and keep recruitment records and reports accurate and up to date. Additional responsibilities may include supporting HR initiatives, assisting with employer branding, and participating in career events and outreach activities.

Qualifications

• Strong recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection processes.
• Knowledge of HR practices such as onboarding, documentation, and maintaining accurate candidate and employee records.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
• Ability to use recruitment tools and platforms (job portals, social media, ATS or spreadsheets) and basic office productivity software.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple roles and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in IT training, education services, or technology‑related recruitment is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on‑site in Tirupati and maintain a professional, inclusive approach to hiring.
