Job summary

Nextwebi in Bengaluru is seeking a proactive HR Executive with at least 6 months of HR experience to join our growing team. You will handle recruitment and day-to-day HR activities with a focus on smooth processes and a positive candidate experience.

You will source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, manage records, and support onboarding, attendance, and HR reports. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential to succeed in our fast-paced IT environment.
