Job summary

Upraisal People Productivity Performance in Pune is seeking an HR Recruiter with hands-on recruitment experience within a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm to manage end-to-end hiring for multiple roles.

You will source candidates via job portals and LinkedIn, screen and interview applicants, coordinate with clients, and maintain recruitment trackers in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience as an HR Recruiter in a recruitment firm/consultancy is mandatory.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Good knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Graduate preferred.
• Only candidates with prior recruitment consultancy/agency experience will be considered
