Job summary

Digitrix Software LLP is seeking an IT HR Recruiter with around 1 year of IT recruitment experience to join our team in Hyderabad. You will handle end-to-end recruitment activities, source candidates, screen based on technical requirements, and coordinate interviews with clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has excellent English communication, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong client-facing coordination and candidate management.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, and other requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, clients, and internal teams.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Communicate requirements, candidate profiles, interview schedules, and feedback to clients.
• Maintain and update candidate and recruitment status in internal trackers.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates, clients, and internal teams.

• Communicate directly with clients regarding requirements, candidate profiles, interview schedules, and feedback.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates accordingly.
• Maintain and update candidate and recruitment status in internal trackers.
• Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in IT recruitment/HR recruitment.
• Good understanding of IT recruitment processes and hiring practices.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong client communication and coordination skills.
• Good interpersonal and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals is preferred
