Job summary

Prime Homes Services Bangalore is seeking an HR professional to independently manage end-to-end recruitment and own key HR generalist tasks across the employee lifecycle in Bengaluru. You will partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and build robust sourcing strategies across portals, referrals, and networks.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process from understanding manpower requirements to sourcing, interviewing, offer management and onboarding.
• Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to forecast talent needs.
• Develop sourcing strategies across portals, LinkedIn, referrals and networks.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles and recurring positions.
• Conduct initial screening and competency-based interviews and assessments.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, transfers, promotions, performance management and exits.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and HR processes.

This role is ideal for an HR professional who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment while also taking ownership of key HR generalist functions and employee lifecycle activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end non IT recruitment process, from understanding manpower requirements to sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand current and future talent requirements.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, professional networks, and other channels.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
• Conduct initial screening, competency-based interviews, and candidate assessments.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, confirmations, promotions, performance management, and exits.
• Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and organizational development programs.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and overall HR processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong experience in managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels.
• Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
