Promaynov Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably with consulting firms. You will own end-to-end recruitment for Finance & Accounts roles, source high-quality candidates, and drive closures within defined timelines.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Prior experience working with consulting firms is strongly preferred.
• Hands‑on experience in hiring for Finance & Accounts roles is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, candidate screening, and end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience using job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
• Immediate joiners or candidates available to join at short notice would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Handle hiring requirements across the Finance & Accounts domain, including accounting, taxation, audit, financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other finance-related positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial discussions to assess candidates' skills, experience, compensation expectations, and notice periods.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for active and upcoming requirements.
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while meeting recruitment targets and turnaround times.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and pipeline reports.
• Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts and candidate follow-ups to ensure successful closures.
• Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand job requirements and deliver suitable profiles.
