• Conduct initial HR screening calls and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage candidate follow-ups and ensure timely interview attendance.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.
• Coordinate with candidates for document collection and verification.
• Support offer rollout, joining formalities, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
