Job summary

Amardeep Steel Centre LLP is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for multiple openings. The role involves sourcing through portals and networks, screening CVs, coordinating with department heads, and guiding offers and onboarding to ensure smooth hiring.

The ideal candidate will have a HR degree, 23+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, and strong communication. The position is based near Charni Road, Mumbai, with a focus on high-volume hiring and efficient

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate qualification in HR or a related field.
• Minimum 23 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
• Experience in managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing, screening and candidate-follow-up skills.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, Microsoft Excel and recruitment trackers.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment will be preferred.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be given preference.
