Tap Growth ai is seeking an HR Recruiter – Talent Acquisition in Mumbai to support end-to-end recruitment activities. You will source candidates via portals and referrals, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews while managing offers and joining formalities.

The role requires strong communication, sourcing, and coordination skills with 6+ months of experience, and familiarity with recruitment processes. Work from office in Mumbai with standard Monday–Friday hours.

Locations: Mumbai: Charkop, Kandivali West – Sector 5
Bangalore: Hosur Road, Munireddy Layout – 560068

Experience: 6 months minimum
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: Monday–Friday
Timings: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Salary: ₹15,000–₹17,000/month
