Role Purpose

To manage end-to-end recruitment, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management, and joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and job descriptions.


• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, databases, and references.


• Screen candidates and assess their suitability for client mandates.


• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, salary negotiations, and joining.


• Build candidate pipelines and maintain strong candidate relationships.


• Achieve recruitment targets and close positions within defined timelines.

Required Skills

• Strong sourcing, screening, and communication skills.


• Good negotiation and follow-up abilities.


• Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, and MS Excel.


• Ability to handle multiple mandates and work towards targets.

Preferred Background

Experience in Automotive, Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Recruitment, or Executive Search is preferred.

Qualification: Any Graduate; MBA/PGDM preferred.
