DBS MINTEK PVT LTD is seeking an HR Recruiter – BPO to join our Human Resources team in Pune. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO and customer service roles, sourcing candidates via portals, databases, social media, references, and referrals.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for BPO positions, ensuring quality candidates and achieving daily/monthly hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO and customer service positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, references, and employee referrals.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and operations/TL teams.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure candidates complete documentation and joining formalities.
• Maintain daily recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly joining targets.
• Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.
• Coordinate with HR teams regarding manpower requirements.
• Handle candidate queries related to salary, shift, location, job profile, and joining process.
• Reduce candidate dropouts and improve joining ratios through regular follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0.6–2 years of experience in recruitment / volume hiring preferred.
• Good knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS.
• Candidates who have handled bulk hiring, customer support, collection, telecalling, or BPO profiles will be preferred.
