Job summary

Itcube Solutions in Shivaji Nagar, Pune is seeking a candidate for Recruitment – International Voice Process (US/UK) and HR Generalist activities. The role requires 2+ years in HR/recruitment in the BPO sector, with strong communication and the ability to handle bulk hiring and tight timelines.

You will source, screen, and coordinate end-to-end recruitment, manage onboarding, engagement, attendance and exit formalities, and support HR policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of HR/Recruitment experience in the BPO industry.
• Experience hiring for International Voice Processes (US/UK).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for International Voice Process requirements (US/UK).
• Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, referrals, social media and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates based on communication skills, English fluency, accent, and customer-handling abilities.
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate operations/voice assessments.
• Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups and offer rollouts.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions and achieve recruitment targets.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, daily hiring reports and pipeline MIS.
• Coordinate with Operations Managers for manpower planning and urgent hiring requirements.
• Handle candidate engagement, salary negotiations and joining follow-ups.
• Drive joining ratios and minimize candidate dropouts.

Job Responsibilities

1. Recruitment – International Voice Process (Primary Responsibility)

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for International Voice Process requirements (US/UK).
• Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, referrals, social media and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates based on communication skills, English fluency, accent, and customer-handling abilities.
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate operations/voice assessments.
• Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups and offer rollouts.

• Manage employee onboarding, induction and joining formalities.
• Handle employee grievances and employee relations.
• Conduct employee engagement and retention activities.
• Manage attendance, leave and attrition tracking.
• Coordinate exit formalities, full and final settlement and relieving processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR MIS reports.
• Support HR policies, employee welfare and disciplinary processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR / Recruitment within the BPO industry.
• Strong experience in hiring for International Voice Processes (US/UK).
• Good understanding of BPO recruitment and candidate sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle bulk hiring and meet recruitment targets.
• Comfortable working in a fixed US night shift.
• Must have own transportation / self-travel arrangement.
• Immediate joiners to candidates with a maximum 30-day notice period preferred.
