Job summary

Clinical Diagnostic Centre in Mumbai is seeking an HR Executive with 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition and HR operations. You will oversee end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding, while ensuring HR documentation and compliance alignment across centers.

The role requires coordinating with internal stakeholders, maintaining candidate pipelines, and generating monthly TA reports. Occasional travel to Nariman Point, Andheri, and Kemps Corner is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Hands-on full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Knowledge of job portals, social media recruitment, and candidate assessment techniques.
• Understanding of HR operations, employee documentation, and statutory compliance coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, multitasking, and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally between Nariman Point, Andheri, and Kemps Corner.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the statutory compliance team on employee-related compliance matters.
• Provide monthly inputs for salary processing and assist with HR initiatives and special projects.
