Job summary

ABEX Group is seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, source top talent, and help build exceptional teams for our clients. You will understand client requirements, source candidates via portals and referrals, screen and shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain client relationships and drive hiring success through onboarding and reporting. The ideal candidate has 1–4 years of recruitment experience, strong communication and negotiation skills,

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in recruitment or staffing (client-facing preferred).
• Familiarity with Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities
