Recex Pvt Ltd, a Kolkata-based recruitment consultancy, seeks an experienced HR Recruiter from an agency background to join our expanding network. You will own end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients across India, from sourcing to onboarding, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates have a proven 18-year track record in recruitment, broad industry exposure, and mastery of recruitment processes, tools, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 18 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a recruitment agency environment.
• Proven track record of hiring for diverse roles and industries across India.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Candidate sourcing: Identify and source potential candidates via job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Client coordination: Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide updates, and ensure alignment on recruitment goals.
• Screening & shortlisting: Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Interview management: Coordinate client interviews, collect feedback, and manage communication between candidates and clients.
• Offer negotiation: Discuss salary expectations and employment terms, ensuring smooth offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Database management: Maintain an updated recruitment database with candidate information, feedback, and hiring status.
• Market research: Stay informed on industry hiring trends and provide insights to enhance recruitment strategies.
