Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales & Marketing teams.
• Understand manpower requirements and job specs from Sales & Marketing.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, agencies, and other channels.
• Search and shortlist candidates with experience in packaging, printing, plastics, FMCG, and related industries.
• Screen & validate candidates based on experience, technical knowledge, industry exposure, communication skills, and salary expectations.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/management rounds.
• Schedule interviews and maintain follow-up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Discuss salary expectations and coordinate salary approval process.
• Conduct reference/background checks as per policy.
• Prepare and coordinate offer letters and joining formalities.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with selected candidates until joining.
• Maintain a candidate database and recruitment tracker.
• Build a pipeline of candidates for current and future Sales & Marketing needs.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment.

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and other channels.


• Search and shortlist candidates with relevant experience in flexible packaging, printing, plastics, FMCG, and related industries.


• Screen & Validate candidates based on experience, technical knowledge, industry exposure, communication skills, and salary expectations.
