Job summary

Vitromed Healthcare is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and managerial roles in Jaipur. Qualifications

• MBA in HR or equivalent preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, operational, and managerial positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
• Handle recruitment for manufacturing, production, quality, supply chain, sales, and support functions, as applicable.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
• Maintain a recruitment pipeline and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports.
• Negotiate salary packages and coordinate offer releases and candidate joining.
• Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates.
• Coordinate pre-employment documentation and background verification.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, offer acceptance, and joining ratios.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
