Royaloak Incorporation is seeking an experienced recruitment professional in Bengaluru to lead end-to-end retail hiring. You will source candidates through multiple channels, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to ensure timely feedback.

The role requires handling multiple vacancies, managing salary discussions, and maintaining pipelines for future needs. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 12 years of recruitment experience, preferably in retail hiring.
• Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
• Strong sourcing, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and work with recruitment targets

• Handle hiring for Sales Executives, Store Managers, Cluster Managers, and other retail roles.
• Manage bulk and location-wise hiring as per business requirements.
• Coordinate salary discussions, offer release, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure positions are closed within TAT.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.
