Prashant Gamatex is seeking a capable HR recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles in Gujarat. You will develop sourcing strategies using portals, references, and networks, and coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.

You will build a strong talent pipeline for critical positions, ensure timely hiring, manage interviews and offers, and support onboarding and joining experiences with compliant HR practices.

Formación

• Strong expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Experience hiring for engineering/manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of labour laws, factory act and statutory compliance.
• Understanding of shop-floor safety and HR practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Hands-on with online sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS/ATS basics.

Role & responsibilities

1) Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical & non-technical roles

2) Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, references & networks

3) Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning

4) Build strong talent pipeline for critical positions

5) Ensure timely hiring for open positions

6) Manage interviews, selection, and offer process

7) Ensure smooth onboarding & joining experience

8) Maintain recruitment MIS and reports

9) Ensure adherence to labour laws and statutory compliance

10) Handling various HR tasks & ISO documentation

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong Expertise in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition


• Exposure to hiring for engineering/manufacturing organization


• Knowledge of Labour laws/ Factory act & statutory compliance
