Job summary

Shri Lakshmi Steel Suppliers is seeking a dynamic Recruitment professional in Bengaluru to lead end-to-end hiring across blue-collar, white-collar, and technical roles for steel manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of recruitment experience in industrial sectors, with strong sourcing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, and a track record in campus drives and branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in steel, manufacturing, or core industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing plant hiring (technical+non-technical roles).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding.
• Source candidates for blue-collar, white-collar, and technical/engineering roles (production, quality, maintenance, safety).
• Manage bulk/volume hiring for plant operations and manufacturing units.
• Coordinate with department heads and plant managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and vacancy pipelines.
• Utilize job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), consultants, and employee referrals for sourcing.
• Conduct salary negotiations and manage offer-to-joining formalities.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements during hiring (PF, ESIC, labour laws).
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus/walk-in drives as needed.
