Job summary

GK Vale & Co in Bengaluru is seeking a dedicated recruitment professional to handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions. You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews across departments to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Responsibilities include manpower planning, candidate pipeline management, bulk and urgent hiring support, and smooth onboarding coordination with HR and department managers.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
• Understand manpower requirements from different departments and prepare hiring plans.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media and recruitment databases.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial telephonic/online HR screening interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate salary, notice period and joining dates with selected candidates.
• Ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, interview records and daily/weekly hiring MIS.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
• Support bulk hiring and urgent hiring requirements whenever required.
• Maintain proper recruitment documentation and candidate records.
• Coordinate with HR and department managers for smooth onboarding.
