Job summary

Parason Machinery is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering and manufacturing roles. You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, campus drives, and other channels.

The role includes screening, coordinating interviews, salary discussions, and onboarding. You will maintain recruitment trackers, build talent pipelines for critical engineering positions, and support engagement and OD activities.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM HR preferred.
• 2–7 years in engineering/manufacturing recruitment is desirable.
• Strong understanding of technical/engineering hiring.
• Good communication, coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

• Support induction and onboarding initiatives.
• Assist in employee feedback, engagement surveys, and HR development activities.
• Support HR process improvement and OD-related projects.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA/PGDM HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 2 to 7 years of experience, preferably in engineering/manufacturing recruitment.
• Strong understanding of technical/engineering hiring.
• Good communication, coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn will be an advantage.
• Candidates with exposure to training, employee engagement, and OD activities are preferred.
