Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and Screening: Utilise various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals, and databases) to identify qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Candidate Pipeline Management

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
• Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment process.

Interview Coordination/Team Management

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members.
• Facilitate smooth and efficient interview processes.

Qualifications And Skills
