You will source candidates across portals and social platforms, screen, coordinate interviews, maintain MIS dashboards, and ensure a positive candidate experience while meeting aggressive hiring timelines.

• Sourcing potential candidates through various channels including job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and campus drives
• Screening resumes and conducting preliminary screening calls to assess candidate capability, role fitment, and cultural alignment
• Coordinating end-to-end interview processes, including interview scheduling, panel coordination, and participant communication
• Maintaining recruitment data, tracking hiring pipelines, and preparing accurate recruitment MIS reports and dashboards
• Managing candidate communication, feedback flow, and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Supporting offer processing, pre-onboarding engagement, and background verification (BGV) documentation to ensure timely joining
