Job summary

Kaabil in Mumbai is seeking a recruitment professional to collaborate with managers to define role requirements and team culture, write compelling job ads, and publish them across career pages and social platforms.

You will source talent through networking and referrals, screen and interview candidates for core competencies, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and guide candidates through pre-boarding and background checks, while tracking time-to-fill metrics in the ATS.

Responsibilities

• Meet with hiring managers to define role requirements, key skills, and team culture.
• Draft clear job descriptions and publish them across career pages, job boards, and social media platforms.
• Proactively find active and passive candidates via networking, referrals, and Boolean/keyword searches.
• Review resumes, run initial phone or video screens, and evaluate candidates for core competencies.
• Schedule face-to-face or panel interviews and gather structured feedback from hiring teams.
• Handle compensation discussions, extend job offers, and guide candidates through pre-boarding and background checks.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and report on metrics like time-to-fill and source of hire
