Job summary

Elets Technomedia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with hiring managers and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will source candidates through multiple channels, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate scheduling with teams.

Responsibilities include candidate checks, extending offers, and maintaining recruitment records while staying updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Prior experience in niche hiring is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of work experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
• Understanding of niche hiring models.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools (social media, job portals).
• Excellent verbal and written communication to engage candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze recruitment data to improve hiring strategies.
