Role & responsibilities

Recruitment (70%)

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding manpower requirements to onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
• Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, recruitment consultants.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical and functional interview rounds.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
• Prepare and release offer letters and manage pre-joining documentation and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and hiring metrics.
• Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience through clear, confident, and professional communication.

HR Operations (30%)

• Support the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
• Be a spoc for employee engagement initiatives, including planning and execution of internal events and activities.
• Support drafting, updating, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors for background verification (BGV), recruitment support, and other HR services.
• Manage probation confirmation processes in coordination with reporting managers.
• Conduct and track background verification for new hires through designated vendors.
• Handle exit formalities, including clearance processes, exit interviews, and final documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and statutory documentation.
• Provide operational support for HR audits, reports, and compliance requirements.

(Role allocation may evolve to 50% Recruitment and 50% HR Operations with time as the hiring stabilizes.)

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR operations. Experience in IT/Technology hiring is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident and outspoken in professional interactions.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in HR systems, recruitment portals, and MS Office tools.
• High attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
