Job summary

InfoWryt Solutions LLP is actively seeking a recruitment professional to drive end-to-end hiring. The role focuses on sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will coordinate interviews with hiring managers, manage relationships with candidates, and optimize the recruitment process to ensure timely placements. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening: Utilize various sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates and screen resumes via initial phone interviews.
• Candidate pipeline management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates and track progress through the recruitment process.
• Interview coordination/team management: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members; ensure smooth and efficient interview processes.
