You will build a robust talent pipeline, source candidates via portals and LinkedIn, and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR, Management, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of hands-on recruitment experience (volume hiring preferred).
• Ability to handle pressure and multiple positions simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing skills with LinkedIn and job portals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable with tight deadlines.
