Job summary

Visiontek Consultant Services in India is seeking an HR Operations professional responsible for end-to-end HR processes, from onboarding to exit, and for maintaining confidential employee records. The role also involves ensuring timely execution of HR policies, developing efficient workflows, and producing HR reports and MIS for management.

The position requires knowledge of labour laws, statutory documentation, and coordination with auditors or consultants to ensure compliance and alignment
