Job summary

BookEventz is seeking an HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, and to maintain recruitment trackers in our Mumbai office.

The role involves posting openings on portals, coordinating interviews, and ensuring compliance with HR policies while supporting payroll inputs and employee records.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination.
• Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in onboarding and employee documentation.
• Support payroll inputs, attendance management, and leave records.
• Maintain employee files and HR records.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Handle exit formalities including documentation and clearance process.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
