Job summary

Neptunus Power Plant Services is seeking an HR operations professional in Navi Mumbai to manage the full employee lifecycle and HR service delivery on-site. You will ensure consistent processes, timely data, and a positive employee experience while collaborating with HR partners and business managers.

You will drive HRIS usage, documentation, policy deployment, attendance, leave, payroll coordination and compliance to support business decisions and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1-7 years of experience in end-to-end HR operations and lifecycle management.
• Experience with using HRMIS software.
• Experience in handling onboarding and exits and creating brand ambassadors for the Organization.
• Organized, process-oriented with strong execution skills.

Responsibilities
