Key Responsibilities : -

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
• Develop job descriptions and post vacancies on job portals.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

• Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Manage confirmation, resignation, exit interviews, and full & final settlements.
• Ensure smooth joining and separation processes.

Payroll & Benefits

• Coordinate monthly payroll processing.
• Manage employee benefits, leave records, attendance, and reimbursements.
• Ensure timely statutory deductions and compliance.

Performance Management

• Implement performance appraisal systems.
• Support managers in goal setting and employee development.
• Monitor employee productivity and performance improvement plans.

Employee Relations

• Address employee grievances and workplace issues.
• Promote employee engagement initiatives.
• Foster a healthy and positive work environment.

HR Compliance

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle statutory compliances including PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, POSH, and other applicable regulations.

Training & Development

• Identify training needs.
• Organize learning and development programs.
• Support leadership development initiatives.

HR Policies

• Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure policy communication and implementation across the organization.

HR Analytics & Reporting

• Prepare monthly HR reports and dashboards.
• Analyze attrition, recruitment, attendance, and employee engagement metrics.
• Present HR insights to management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.

Experience

• 9+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• At least 2 years in an HR Manager or Team Lead role.
