Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in New Delhi, India is seeking an HR Generalist with 4-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing or related sectors, to lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. The role requires hands-on HRIS use and knowledge of Indian labor laws.

The candidate will develop performance appraisal systems and drive HR initiatives, policies, and employee engagement programs to build a cohesive culture.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of progressive experience in HR, ideally within manufacturing, chemicals, or engineering sectors.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS and comfort with HR analytics and reporting tools.
• Deep knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, including job profiling, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Assist in posting job ads on social medias and company websites.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial screening calls.
• Prepare onboarding materials and assist with the orientation of new employees.
• Ensure completion of all new hire paperwork.
• Design performance appraisal systems.
• Develop and implement HR initiatives, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as a point of contact for queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Drive HR communication and employee engagement programs to build a cohesive culture.
• Oversee daily HR administration records management, HRIS maintenance, and production of analytical HR reports.
