Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a seasoned HR professional in Maharashtra to lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle support. You will coordinate interviews, prepare onboarding materials, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, BA, or related; MBA HR preferred.
• 4–5 years HR experience in manufacturing, chemicals, or engineering.
• Hands-on with HRIS and HR analytics/reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & onboarding: end-to-end hiring process.
• Post job ads on social media and company sites.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and managers.
• Conduct initial screening calls.
• Prepare onboarding materials and assist with new hire orientation.
• Ensure completion of all new hire paperwork.
• Design and implement performance appraisal systems.
• Develop HR initiatives, policies, and procedures to streamline HR processes.
• Drive HR communications and employee engagement programs.
• Oversee daily HR administration, records, HRIS maintenance, and HR analytics reports.

Required Candidate Profiles

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.

• Prepare onboarding materials and assist with the orientation of new employees.
• Ensure completion of all new hire paperwork.
• Performance & Talent Management: Design performance appraisal systems.
• Develop and implement innovative HR initiatives, policies, and procedures to streamline the HR process.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as a point of contact for queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Drive HR communication and employee engagement programs to build a cohesive culture.
• HR Operations & MIS: Oversee daily HR administration records management, HRIS maintenance, and production of analytical HR reports.
