Job Objective

To support the recruitment and talent acquisition function by assisting in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates through the hiring process, while gaining hands‑on experience in end-to‑end recruitment practices.

Principal Accountabilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
• Screen resumes and perform initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
• Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms.
• Support in pre‑onboarding documentation and candidate follow‑up.
• Help maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist with employer branding activities such as social media posts, hiring events, etc.
