The HR Associate will be responsible for independently managing all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and administrative tasks. • Manage the entire recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Coordinate with department managers to understand position requirements and close vacancies at the earliest.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a healthy workplace environment.
• Handle all HR administrative tasks such as documentation, compliance tracking, and policy updates.
• Address employee queries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures independently.
• Plan and execute training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
• Oversee performance management processes and organize employee evaluations.
• Ensure smooth and effective HR operations without the need for constant assistance or supervision.
