Job summary

Piaggio is seeking an HR professional to support talent acquisition and end-to-end recruitment, as well as ensure smooth HR operations, payroll, HRIS data integrity and employee lifecycle management.

You will build relationships with associates, campus partners, and educational institutions, drive hiring drives, and contribute to employer branding initiatives while maintaining professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist in talent acquisition and end to end recruitment processes.
• Execution of end-to-end HR Operations strategy for employees including payroll, HR MIS, Analytics, FnF management, employee database reports, Exit management and HR dashboards.
• Maintain regular HRIS input by collecting relevant employee lifecycle information, such as personal data, contract terms, and benefits and compensation details.
• Act as a point of contact for associates and build influential employee relationships.
• Monitor contract renewals, extensions, and terminations to maintain accurate records and minimize risks.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Support other HR team members with various projects.
• Conduct hiring drives, campus placement programs, and employment branding initiatives.
• Establish trusting relationships with educational institutions to host hiring events on a regular basis.
• Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry.
