Job summary

CleanMax Enviro Energy Solutions Limited is seeking an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team and learn hand-on corporate recruitment in a fast-paced setting. The internship is paid and focuses on supporting end-to-end recruitment activities across portals, campus hiring, onboarding, and employer branding initiatives.

You will gain exposure to candidate engagement, interview coordination, and recruitment analytics while developing professional skills in a high-growth energy

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and build a career in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Support the Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Source and screen candidate profiles through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Assist in candidate engagement, offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
• Support campus hiring, internship programs, and employer branding initiatives.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Perform other HR and recruitment-related activities as assigned.
