Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and recruitment updates.
• Maintain and update candidate records
• Assist in organizing campus drives, walk-ins, and recruitment events.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support other HR initiatives and administrative activities as required.
