Job summary

ISS India in Andheri, Mumbai, is seeking an HR Intern in Talent Acquisition to support end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing for the FM industry. You will screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and help maintain candidate trackers and reports.

Ideal candidates are MBAs/PGDMs in HR or pursuing MBA-HR with strong communication, MS Excel, and a proactive, target-driven mindset in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or currently pursuing MBA-HR.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable making candidate calls.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Energetic, target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Interest in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Prior exposure to Naukri or LinkedIn sourcing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the TA team in end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals and internal databases.
• Screen CVs based on job descriptions and hiring requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and assess basic fit.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain daily candidate trackers, recruitment MIS and pipeline reports.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, offers and joining.
• Support offer documentation and pre-joining activities.
• Maintain an updated database of shortlisted and interviewed candidates.
• Assist recruiters in bulk hiring and frontline hiring for the FM industry.
• Support recruitment drives, walk-ins and campus hiring, wherever required.
