HR Intern - Recruitment

Job summary

Kuku Fm is looking for a proactive recruitment associate to support our hiring efforts in India. You will source candidates across major platforms, review applications, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

You will conduct initial screening calls, document assessments, and maintain candidate pipelines in our ATS. The role also involves preparing offer documents, assisting with campus drives and employer branding activities, and contributing to recruitment analytics and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field, currently pursuing or recently completed.
• 3 to 6 months of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR (internship or project work counts).
• Strong written and verbal communication for talking with candidates and colleagues.
• Comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed.
