Job summary

MARS Cosmetics is seeking a proactive recruitment professional to identify and engage top talent across LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and referrals. You will review applications, make initial calls, coordinate interview schedules, and maintain recruitment databases.

You will support the team through the full end-to-end recruitment cycle, from opening requisitions to extending offers, while ensuring timely communication with all applicants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR/Management or closely related discipline.
• HR work experience or internship in recruitment preferred.
• Strong ability to communicate clearly and connect with people.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple candidates and timelines.
• Proactive to learn recruitment best practices and contribute ideas to improve processes.
