Job summary

Kuku FM is seeking a proactive HR/Recruitment coordinator in Bengaluru to support end-to-end talent acquisition activities. The role involves screening candidates, maintaining databases, and coordinating across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Psychology and 3–6 months of recruitment or HR operations experience. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• 3–6 months of hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR operations, or internship/projects in these areas.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reports and data management.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail when handling candidate information and timelines.
• Ability to juggle multiple recruitment tasks in a dynamic environment.

About the role

• Maintain and update candidate databases, track applicant progress through recruitment pipelines, and ensure accurate records in our systems
• Assist in posting job openings on major platforms including LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed
• Schedule interviews, send communications to candidates, and coordinate logistics for selection rounds
• Support virtual onboarding activities and help new hires complete necessary documentation

What we're looking for

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a closely related field
• 3–6 months of hands‑on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR operations, or internship and project‑based work in these areas
• Excellent written and spoken communication with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for creating reports and managing data
• Demonstrated organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail when handling candidate information and timelines
• Ability to juggle multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment

Nice to have

• Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or CRM platforms such as Keka or Pyjama HR
• Prior involvement in campus recruitment programmes or large‑scale hiring initiatives
• Comfort using video conferencing platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams for remote interviews and onboarding
