Job summary

Gradeperfect is seeking a proactive HR talent to drive recruitment, onboarding, and people operations. You will join a visionary ecosystem founded by IIT Delhi and BCG alumni, and be supported by a talented, student-centric team building a Global Top 1% High School ecosystem.

Responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining the recruitment pipeline, while liaising with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and standard productivity tools.
