Job summary

Skypoint in Bengaluru, Karnataka, is seeking an HR operations assistant to support recruiting, onboarding, and people operations across the organization. You will coordinate between candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring cycle.

Ideal candidates hold an MBA/PGDM/BBA with HR focus, are data-driven, and comfortable with ATS/HRIS, Excel, and Google Sheets. You’ll manage multiple tasks with ownership and urgency in a fast-moving startup.

About the role:

• Support the HR team in managing applicant tracking systems and maintaining employee records
• Coordinate between candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring cycle
• Help maintain and update HR databases, spreadsheets, and management systems with precision
• Manage multiple concurrent HR tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
• Take full responsibility for assigned projects from start to finish without needing follow-ups

What we're looking for:

• An MBA, PGDM, BBA graduate, or someone with a degree focused on HR or People Management
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with diverse groups and coordinate across departments
• Meticulous approach to record-keeping and data accuracy in HR systems
• Hands-on experience or comfort with applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, Excel, Google Sheets, and similar HR tools
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to juggle competing priorities
• Someone who demonstrates high ownership, takes initiative without being prompted, and delivers results with urgency
• Comfort in a fast-moving startup setting where you'll wear multiple hats
• A self-starter who completes tasks on schedule and maintains data integrity independently
