Job summary

KatalAiser in Chennai is seeking an HR professional with 6–10 years of experience to lead Recruitment / Talent Acquisition as the primary responsibility. Qualifications

• 6–10 years of HR experience (Recruitment / TA primary)
• Experience in Learning & Development / Training and HR Generalist activities
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills

• Good executive presence, maturity and professional conduct
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Age: Preferably not above 35 years
• CTC: Maximum ₹10 LPA
• Joining: available on or before 1 October 2026

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Recruitment / Talent Acquisition as the primary responsibility
• Handle Learning & Development / Training initiatives alongside HR Generalist activities
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage multiple HR initiatives
• Represent the HR function with maturity and professional conduct
• Monitor priorities and deliverables to ensure timely joining by 1 October 2026
